Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel

Location, breakfast and lunch, the cafe and the people that worked at the cafe in the lobby.

It was too expensive for the inconsistent quality of service. The club lounge service was especially disappointing. No one would come to ask for your order - you have to seek people out and there weee more than enough staff.

The breakfast buffet was great, the pool is nice, great service

The bathrooms didn't have a lock!? Very surprised, the water for the bathtub was not clean

Excellent staff and delicious food, especially Biryani.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, but a few homely touches would make guests feel more relaxed and at home. I understand it’s a corporate-style hotel — and many American hotels lean that way — but a warmer atmosphere could really elevate the experience.

Breakfast was great, in terms of variety and staff service! room was large and very clean. service staff was good.

I feel the management staff at the front desks could have done better. Despite agreeing to a delayed checkout by 1 hour, our room was accidentally locked off. Caused us some hassle as we were packing up.One member behaved over-familiar, and not very professional. She also caused some minor issues, including the mix-up with the room being locked. At one point, she sent us up to the rooftop restaurant for lunch, not knowing that it had already closed for the afternoon.A short note about Vega/Asian restaurant on the top floor. Very expensive drinks, but ambience didn't match up. They started closing kitchen, cleaning the place, banging plates loudly while we were trying to chat and finish our drink in peace. We were still within the open hours of the restaurant.

The food, corteous staff to name a few Pankaj, Nikhil, and each and every one saw tyhat we were comfortable all the time.WE shall recommend the place to our friends too. Great experience.

The Spa staff did not entertain the complementary half an hour service.

Food and Hotel Facilities and maintenance is very Good.Room also with Bath Tub which is enjoyed by My Kids.Try to keep the Same standards of Response and Service.Every one is very much cooperative and Service also Excellent.

Only thing we felt no much Open area like other Hotels.May be Coz of the Location Land Shortage.

The property was good and staff was helpful. Initial hiccups were there but on the whole it was wonderful relaxing place to be.

The food was good so the staff in the restaurant area. Breakfast spread is excellent. Very attentive team in the bfast area and good service. Ageing property and needs renovation, housekeeping is not up to the mark.One or other things are missing, and you have to remind them every day. Linen and Room was not smelling fresh on day one. Coffee sachets were not refilled the next day. The third day stirrer was missing. Services need more attention.The location is good.

Excellent, fresh, hot all time with excellent service... All the staff and team were constantly asking regarding the satisfaction of food... Supplied many of the items directly to the table.. all the staff were friendly and kind.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable.

They do not allow cancellations at the time of reservation. The room rates are initially set very high but drop significantly in the days leading up to the stay. This pricing strategy can leave guests feeling cheated when they see much lower rates later.I had reserved a double room, and just a day later, when I tried to book another room for a relative joining us on the same day, I found that the rate had dropped by ₹10,000—from ₹25,000 to ₹15,000 for a single night. When I asked the receptionist why early reservations were priced so much higher, she responded with a sarcastic smile and said, “You know, sir, this is business!”While that may be true, the experience was frustrating. So, be cautious about booking in advance when cancellations are not allowed.

Noisy at night, poor internet coneection in the room, charge me more than in the booking.

Location was fantastic and facilities for the price point was excellent. Want to call out Sachin from the breakfast service department who was excellent during our stay and went over and above to keep my family and me comfortable during our stay

Wide spread complementary breakfast was one of the best.

No welcome treatment was done for us. Play area for kids, adding few water rides in swimming pool could have added more fun.

PROS :Check-in process: fast; no hassles-Anwar at the reception was very courteous and pleasant, taking note on arrival of my aged parents and their comfort . The attitude of the reception staff ( Anwar and Prastuti) ,set the tone for the rest of the stay when you have a pleasant encounter from the beginning . Location-close proximity to U.S Consulate ; Once again reception staff were endearing enough to help get my aged parents and myself to and from the consulate on time .The Driver Shabbir , was well versed with "wait times" and took time to advise us regarding the same and how we could contact him if we faced any trouble.Breakfast spread had a good balance of Continental and Indian dishesBreakfast staff : Maria is bubbly , helpful and resourceful -very gracious of her to help us find the closest Church for New Years mass .24x7 hot water in the room.House keeping very helpful and thoughtful-first time all 3 occupants were acknowledged and amenities placed for all 3 occupants .Booked the Deluxe King room , happily got upgraded - spacious enough for 3 occupants and an extra cot. Very nice lounge ,waiting area

CONS:Location- quite far from the airport Room service -not many options in “ small bites category”and quite expensive

Location is close to US consulate. The hotel was kind enough to provide a complimentary drop to the consulate.

They need to get a pillow expert to check and advise about the type of pillows in the room. Even after getting pillow changed we could not sleep well and only managed to sleep post removing pillows and sleeping flat.

Clean rooms

Staff asked us to pay for cutlery, just because it was new year's eve. This is by far the lowest level I've ever seen a 5 star property stoop to, classic example of penny wise pound foolish.
